I would say REG would be doable, but will require a lot of time. If you are strong or comfortable with Auditing, AUD would definitely be doable as it is less material.

    REG (02/2016)- PASS
    BEC (04/2016)- PASS
    FAR (06/2016)- PASS
    AUD (08/2016)-

I'm jumping in here. I'm taking the test in May, waiting on payday to pay/schedule. Starting to study next week. I'm at a loss on what to use because money is an issue, and that alone is starting to stress me out.

    BEC - 5/2016
    FAR - ...
    REG - ...
    AUD - ...

Hey guys, Does anyone have an Idea about the way to start intro paragraph in more professional manner, rather than this prototyped way:”The purpose of this memo is to do so and so” ??

So…Absorption and Direct costing can bite me. That is all.

What is the most difficult part of absorption vs. variable costing for you, Bear? I am not an expert, but I feel I have a decent understanding…

It's just remembering what goes where (i.e. fixed vs variable vs manufacturing vs selling/admin). I can remember it to answer the questions, but it takes WAY too long and requires too much thinking. I feel like I'll be going over the 90 second per question benchmark with it.

Hey guys, finally took the exam. I have no idea how I did. There were a good amount of COSO and COBIT questions and a few economic. I had about 7 equations per testlit but there were some conceptual questions regarding equations. I kinda bullshitted the WCs, but I feel I wrote well enough to get me points.

Good luck, need 2 pass! I am sitting tomorrow and even though I got a 74 last time I feel really under prepared. I just don't know how much more I can learn, I feel like I hit a wall =(

Bear – Becker says to figure out fixed OH costs first then solve for absorption or costing or the difference between the 2. I don't know if your materials pointed that out.

Just got done. Yes COSO is definite area that is heavily tested on. I feel I did well on many of the hard calculations especially cost stuff. As far as the WC goes it was a complete joke! If one gets pretest questions correct do they count or not? I am assuming no. LOL there was a super easy computation that I completely blanked on the formula due to first time jitters! I figured it out somehow.
