Everyone has felt really uneasy about this exam … I think they need to reconsider the amount of stuff they test for BEC.

They always say the Q1 exams are the hardest. I'm hoping for passing grades for all of us. I don't know how long this thread will remain open, but I wanted to say thanks to everyone for your help and support.

Finally got approval from the board eligible to sit for exam. Here I come to tame this CPA. Taking FAR first, I have not received my payment coupon yet. In 8 minutes is my anniversary and going out for a good dinner with wifey tomorrow, will become bookworm for next 12-18 months starting Thursday. Using Ninja 10 point combo and 2015 Wiley for MCQ. Wish me luck!!!!!!

Hello Guys,

I recently took BEC in January and ended up with a 73, it broke my heart but I'm determined to pass it this time. I work full-time and plan on taking it mid-April. I know this question has been asked many many times but what do I focus on? I have Becker and Roger and I think my problem is that I jump from one to another. What would you guys suggest? Becker Videos? Roger Videos? Or notes for both?

How'd you feel about your exam experience? Like the testlets and the WC? Feel confident when taking the exam or when you finished?

I just used Roger. It's hard to say which to focus on. Which did you feel prepared you the most when you took the exam?

I felt like I did horrible on the MC. My testlets got easier so I knew I didnt do so well on the first testlet. I feel like since I was jumping from one to another, I felt unprepared in both. So I guess the move is to focus on one.

I believe the testlets stay at moderate, but do not quote me on that. On the first testlet, how many did you feel you missed or what in particular did you feel unprepared for? The IT subjects or? Were you able to finish the WC?

I did really well on the WC, I had more than enough to write for the written part.
As for the MC, the first testlet caught me off guard because there were approximately 7-8 questions that I hadn't even seen when I was studying. I am sure I didn't get any more than 8/24 right on the first testlet.

So, you only felt you got 8 of 24 correct on the first testlet? If you don't mind me asking, what were your results for each subject. Ex: Comparable for WC and?
