    @smingla

    Sorry I did not respond sooner. Once Qlad gave me the info on how to calculate the problem I signed off.

    I am using the Becker Review material and this question was in the Economics section in chapter 5.

    Can someone confirm whether the testlets in BEC become progressively easier or harder based on your performance in the previous section? The difficulty level in the second and third testlets for AUD, FAR, and REG is adaptive, according your results in the previous section.

    @stokey45

    Another way to attack this, and the way I do it.

    First, get last year's expenses and 10 year's ago expenses into the base year number.

    so for last year 100500 / 1.685 = $59644 (thats the base year equivalent)

    10 year ago 72800 / 1.213 = $60016

    % change =

    60016-59644

    /

    60016

    =

    .00619

    or .619%

    FAR - 83
    AUD - 73 92
    BEC - 83
    REG - 88

    In the review phase now and testing on Dec 5th. I hate cost accounting with a passion. I know every section is important but I feel very comfortable with IT and Econ so does anyone have any advice as far as which equations for cost are absolutely need to know ones?
