I have 114 MCQ left in B4 and plan to finish B4 and at least half of B5's lectures tomorrow.

I really want to finish all the lectures and homework as soon as possible and start to do progress test. I plan to do each of MCQ 5 times before the exam day!

I've got a full weekend of studying ahead of me (testing on 10/14). I'm doing well on the MCQ's but every time I try to do a written sim it kills my score. I'm praying CPAexcel just has a really crappy interface for scoring the written sims, because otherwise I'm screwed. 🙁

This week has been a busy week. For those of you who are working in public accounting know what I mean. The individual extension deadline is Tuesday and I am working this weekend to finish up the last of the tax returns. I am up early this morning to give an hour to listening to lectures before I get ready for work. I REALLY want to pass BEC. I have been at this for a long time and I believe I can see light at the end of the tunnel.

One thing that has helped me emotionally through this process, especially on days when I felt very depressed, is I made a wall of positive sayings in my study room. Anyone who is struggling today may want to consider doing this. I want to share with you one that I really like:

ANYONE CAN GIVE UP, IT'S THE EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD TO DO. BUT TO HOLD IT TOGETHER WHEN EVERYONE ELSE WOULD UNDERSTAND IF YOU FELL APART, THAT'S TRUE STRENGTH!

This is not what I expected. I've passed FAR, REG and AUD. I thought BEC was going to be a breeze. Between my wife, a 6 year old, a 12 week old, and work I'm losing hope of getting through this one. Becker Ch. 2 is destroying my confidence. sigh…
