@Zackrampage, I would incorporate the notes after the lectures, but before you move on to the MCQs and then again as review. I swear the only reason I passed was because of those notes and I made a sexy formula key that I copied a million times until they were burned in my brain haha. Good luck! You got this!

And same here, out at a client in San Diego. Back to reviewing some financials!

Read the notes and re-write them. And I didn't listen to the audio in any particular order. I actually listened to it while I was riding my horse haha. Gave me over an hour a day extra study time, which was super helpful. I'm sure my horse greatly appreciated learning about BEC as well haha

BEC is a beast all it's own, I swear. I underestimated that monster and it did not go well. There's not too much that you necessarily need to understand, all the concepts really are quite simple. But there is soooo much of it and so many formulas! I personally found it harder than FAR. I give all my credit to finally passing to Jeff's notes though. They armed me with enough material to finally tackle BEC. Becker has some great mnemonics though, for the formulas (specifically the variance formulas) and for the corporate governance section.

Some of corporate governance was covered in REG, such as agency law as it pertains to the board of directors, Sarbanes Oxley and the Dodd Frank Act.
