Your answer is correct.

Elasticity is a measure of the sensitivity of consumer reaction to a change in the price of a good or service.

If price elasticity of demand is greater than 1, a certain percentage change in price will result in a greater percentage change in the quantity demanded.

In this situation, demand is said to be relatively elastic.

Taking BEC Friday. I just don't feel prepared. I keep scoring between 70-80% correct on my Becker MC. This is frustrating me. I will continue doing MC today and tomorrow I will review the lectures.

For those using Becker and have the 2013 books, are you doing the 2013 lectures or the 2014 lectures even though they don't exactly correspond to the 2013 books?

I just started chapter 1 and tried listening to the 2014 lectures book there's a lot of differences with the book. I'm thinking of still listening to the 2014 lectures, but using the ebooks instead of the 2013 paper books. Do you think it'll make much difference with the exam this quarter?

I'm spending these last few days working on cost accounting. I have a financial reporting background so this section has been especially rough for me.
