Just got back from my test as well. There were definitely a few out of left field questions where I had never even heard of some of the terms. I feel like I was about as well prepared as possible though. Was trending 88% on Ninja MCQ and had gotten 90s on the Wiley test banks. Now comes the 4 month wait for scores…

Did you have any Document Review Simulation or only TBS? Will the WC topics related to BEC or did you have some topic related to FAR, AUD or REG?

For those who have taken the new format of BEC, would you say the sims are comparable to FAR, AUD, and REG from the old format or are they more complex?

I have two different formulas for the cash ratio. Ch. 2's formula doesn't include marketable securities, but ch. 4's does.

Ch.2

(cash + cash equiv)/current liabilities

ch. 4

(cash + cash equivalents + marketable securities)/current liabilities

Which of these is the correct one??

A - 87
R - 73

How long do you guys studied for BEC?

I took FAR before the format change back in February, but the BEC sims were significantly less complicated. They were pretty simple, not bad at all.

Taking BEC May 12th and not feeling this whole B4 b.s. with Project Strategy, Budgets, Variances, etc..

Anyone take the exam that can comment on if this section was tested much ?
