My name is not a normal English name so it’s going to be marked as “incorrect spelling” if I sign with my name.
My question is, are points going to be deducted if I sign off as “CPA Exam Candidate” or random name?

Sign it with The Accountant, or The Vice President, or The Consultant.

I'm sure you'll be fine if you sign off as “CPA Candidate”. That is what I did and I performed “stronger” on the WC even though I felt like I had no idea what the questions were asking.
