I am from California board and do not have my scores yet. Does this mean that my scores were on borderline and hence it is taking longer for my WC’s to get graded? Did any one here get 80’s or higher in the second wave of score release?

Yes, that's theory about the BEC exam that if you haven't received your score then you are borderline. I haven't seen anyone score in the 80's when they finally got their delayed score.

It took me 6 days after the release date to receive my borderline score but I passed. Best of luck and I hope you receive good news soon.
