I was just wondering if anybody know how long i should allow myself to retake of BEC. I took it July 2nd and got a 72. Also, does anybody have any advice how I should approach it this time?

Would appreciate some advice, as well – I'm retaking BEC end of November.

I'm not really going to begin studying much until this weekend because I've been having midterms now. Looking forward 🙂

I think you should study as if you've never taken it before. Questions will be different, so a 0 on the last exam is as far from passing as a 74.

I agree with Mike. I wouldn't rest too much on whatever your score was last time. The tests I've had to retake, I've studied harder and longer for, if anything ,than the first time.

    FAR- 77
    AUD -49, 71, 84
    REG -56,75!
    BEC -75

Massachusetts CPA (non reporting) since 3/12.

@MikeInMIA gave the best advice you could hear, “I think you should study as if you've never taken it before.” Someone told me this after I got my 60 in REG. It was a big boost (slap) that I needed. I took 5 weeks to restudy for REG–like I had never studied before–and bumped my score 20 points. Trying to do the same for FAR as we speak, I'm taking 4 weeks to restudy for FAR.

    AUD 81 (X4) Previous scores 59, 72, 72
    REG 80 (X3) Previous scores 59, 60
    FAR 75 (X2) Previous score 67
    BEC 79 (X2) Previous score 58

    the answer is…

as long as it takes to get comfortable with the material. The end.

    BEC- 80
    REG- 68, 71, July
    AUD- 61 , 84
    FAR- -- 75 🙂
