I test soon so i’m looking over the memos and I know that we’re not supposed to be all fancy, but does anyone know if we are allowed to use hyphens? I was just browsing through the glossary for my review course and I noticed there were a few words that used hyphens. I know that a computer grades it (Unless you’re scoring around a 75) so I didn’t know if using a hyphen would mess anything up.

Probably an odd and pointless question, but i’m curious if anyone knows.

If use you the hyphen in a grammatically correct way, then I would say it is fine.

I took the test yesterday and I avoided any hyphens or words that I wasnt 100% how to use or spell in case it had to be manually scored
