I need some help with this question- The answer is YES to both: Accounting for factory overhead costing involves averaging in both Job-Order Costing and Process Costing…why is that??? Where is the ‘averaging’ coming into play?? Thanks!!!

That is because it is impossible to measure the exact amount to that specific item being built… It does not matter if you are making only one or a thaousand. If it could be measured; it would be a direct cost.

    B - 62, 70, 72, 79!!!
    A - 68, 81
    R - 70, 82
    F - 84
