    Hi All,

I sat for BEC (first exam taken) on 9/9/16 and scored a 67. I used Becker-Self Study and wasn’t a huge fan of it. I recently purchased the ninja notes for BEC and also purchased ninja mcq today. I’ll be taking the exam again on January 7th and I wanted to see if anyone could recommend a good game plan using the notes and mcq.

Thanks in advance and congrats to everyone who received passing scores today!

I haven't taken the test yet-my test date is 1/21, but I am currently in the review phase for BEC, with 43 days to go. I went through the Becker book, did all of the homework and want to really start reviewing, so maybe my 2 cents will help. I just purchased Ninja MCQ and think it's a great diagnostic tool. Right now, I am using short progress tests in Ninja to see what areas I have to review-perhaps you could do something similar? Like take a 30 question test in Ninja and see where you end up at first and then hit other area MCQ as necessary? Otherwise, I would just say go through all of Ninja MCQ and make notes/review as you go. Good luck!

How much did you realistically study when you got a 67 with becker? I went through all the becker material at least 2 times (including homeworks) plus put in 65 hours on Ninja MCQ. If I fail, I'm expecting I'll be close to passing.

@anyatver Thanks for your input! I started reading the Ninja notes today and created my own notes based off of those. It seems to be helping for the Ninja MCQ.

I went through all of the Becker lectures, homework, and did a ton of progress tests. When I sat for the actual exam, there was a good amount of calculation based questions, however, they weren't three paragraphs long like the ones in Becker. I was so used to having to do multi-step calculations in Becker that I choked on the real exam's basic computations, which is my own fault.
