Yeah, I'm taking it on Saturday. I'm working on a giant study guide today because I wanted to help cement the concepts. It's not looking good. Oh well. We'll get through this.

@ futuremdcpa…this is probably too late to help this time but I wanted to let you know BEC was the hardest section for me also! I studied harder for that than the other two sections on my third attempt and finally passed. I used Yaeger. Cindy was a lifesaver at walking through all the formulas/computations. The other thing I did was write out flashcards and study those til I could recite them all. I also did 1,301 multiple choice questions on the Wiley test bank (in addition to the assigned homework with the Yaeger review program). What pushed me over the edge was working and reworking problems using Cindy's method on my white board. Literally I would get up and work the problem on the board as if I was explaining it to someone else. I am doing the same thing for FAR. Hopefully it comes together for you tomorrow and you don't have to do this again but I wanted to share what worked for me and that BEC tripped me up big time. Good luck!!

Oh lord! Never, EVER take the Becker final exam #2 the day before the exam! Keep your head up – I got in the mid-60s the weekend before I passed FAR with an 81.

In my opinion, Becker plays dirty tricks on you with exam #2. Put it behind you and do your best tomorrow!

@futuremdcpa, I scored about the same, I think I got a 42 or something on the last testlet. Scored a 79. Don't let that ruin your confidence!!!!!!!

Wow…maybe I was mentally tired.. but damn… the questions in exam 2 seemed crazy…… and @cardinalhoya I know you said not to do it, and I should of listened.. but I couldnt resist the need to try..

Oh well.. Im just going to review exam #2 now, do some more econ questions & coso, and look over the WC questions, and try to memorize the formulas for variances and hope for the best!

Wow.. All I can say is WOW. I just took it… And it was nothing like exam 2… It was more theory, and the computations.. Well they were doable, some I had a wtf moment and made a guess..

I will probably retake this exam.. The 3rd testlet was worded very short as in 4 or 5 words a question.. This is how I know I did poorly… 🙁 I'm just feeling crappy.. I only have 20 21 days for audit too.. Ahh :/ good luck guys

So how did it go? I'm doing progress tests over and over today for B1-B3. I'm actually doing really well on B1, but B2 & B3 are a big pile of mediocrity. Test on Saturday. Needless to say, I'm concerned.

Honestly not very heavy in computations.. And they were like everyone else has mentioned before .. Simple add subtract.

@Maverick – Thank you!! I sadly I only have 20 days for AUD.. since I pushed BEC back a week. But I will try my hardest! I have nothing else to do during the days anyway, so I will try to watch a lecture & do all/majority of the MCQ's for audit everyday. So about 6-10 days of doing the MCQs once, and the lecture, and then 10 more to review MCQ's & wiley test bank..

I just keep telling myself I do not want to study and work!!! The only reason I truly believe I had an 85 on REG was because I always liked tax classes.. and I am going into tax. I was generally interested in the tax portion of REG.. and I spent about 6-7 weeks on it (not full time). Some days would pass and I would do nothing because I felt brain dead..

I took BEC today as well. I agree that it was theory heavy. Very little computations. And of course I wasn't tested on areas I was strongest in. But overall, I feel like I have a chance to pass. I kept narrowing the multiple choice questions down to 2 and couldn't decide. I feel like chapter 3 is the most important.

Futuremdcpa, feeling brain dead is something I am used to. I am studying for REG and worried about tax. I wish I can say I enjoy tax like you do.

For me BEC was more computations than theory. I would say 60% computation and 40% theory. Took BEC twice: First time I was confident (72), second time I felt disappointed but passed (77). I think you will pass. Good luck.
