hey jeff – the Yaeger CRAM session for BEC on the 23 and 24…it says it's approximately 12 hours. do you know the hours it will be on sat. and sun? since i am taking BEC the 27th now, seems like a good idea to supplement Becker. only thing is…it is my nephew's 3rd birthday party on the 23! πŸ™ haha maybe i could get my sister to reschedule…

another question!! if i take a section in the 1st wave (either jan, april, july, or oct)…and if i fail that section, can i retake that same section in the 2nd wave (either feb, may, august, or november)? or do i have to wait through the blackout month?

What is considered a testing window?! Is a testing window one month? or back to back months? Clearly I am extremely confused!!

you have to wait until the next testing window. Testing windows are as follows: Jan & Feb equals one testing window. April & May equals another testing window. And so on…

    AUD - 86, FAR - 78, BEC - 79 (but it's been over 18 months), REG - 72 (7/6/2009), 78(10/24/2009)

MPoni123 – My guess is that it will be 9am EST to 4 on both days…just a guess though.

    You can't beat the price.

Here's to another night of hot chocolate and becker to keep me warm while I prepare for my BEC test on Saturday!

Having taken it twice now (70 and 74)… I would recommend as well knowing Ch.2 but don't spend too much time on that. Like someone mentioned above… I seem to get stuck on IT when my scores come back. I under estimate it each time so this go round I'm really focusing on in as well as Ch 3 and 5.

Good luck to all who are taking it!!!!

jeff – the price of the Yaeger CRAM is amazing for BEC and since i am only giving myself 3 weeks to prepare…i thought it would be something extra to help me out. how long do i have to purchase it?

yay! i am more motivated today at work because i actually scheduled my exam, which is in 3 weeks. finished chapter 2 and on to chapter 3! πŸ™‚

anybody else taking BEC in jan/feb? running into any problem areas? chapter 2 the last section is kind of over my head, but chapter 2 is only 8% – 12% anyway so i am not gonna worry too much about it. for the most part i am confident with all the supply and demand stuff.

everybody is pretty quiet – i have way too much time on my hands apparently

LOL! I'm wondering why the board is so quiet lately too!

MPoni123, do you have Becker Final Review? That helped me with my focus on the Econ stuff. But if you are doing the Yaeger Cram weekend class that will probably help too. It sounds like a great deal.

Chapter 2 was just soooo long. But like I said before, I would recommend spending more time on the other chapters. For Econ try to nail down your demand curves and know if Demand increases what happens to Price? etc…..

For IT make sure you look at the updates. There was alot and it was hard to plow through, but it is worth it to be somewhat familiar with all the terms that they might throw your way.

thanks connie!! nice i have somebody else to talk to, too! lol πŸ™‚ yes i am thinking doing the yaeger cram but i think you have to be 75 member right? i wouldn't mind signing up $49 is a deal!! (for the cram). i don't have the becker final review. for AUD and REG i didn't use it and still passed lol so i am hoping that patterns continues. you and i have reversed schedules. i just took REG and now onto BEC. you just took BEC and now onto REG!

for the IT section – do i find the updates on the Becker website? thanks!

Yes, check the Becker website for the updates.

Oh yeah, I think you do have to be a club 75 member for the course. I'm not a member either but I'm going to have to look into it….
