I'm like 100% sure I didn't pass BEC, but I've heard it's crazy curved, so I'm crossing my fingers and really hoping that the scores are out today either way. I don't know what my problem is, but I can't study when I'm waiting for a score.

MATTHEWHOLDEN20, whoa. If you're developing OCD, it's your problem – not anyone elses. You obviously have a terrible attitude – which is also your problem, and you shouldn't be making it everyone elses. This is a great forum for people waiting for scores to have others to chat with – I know not many other people in my life understand the anticipation and obsession with waiting for a score. I am so happy I found this place – before I have NO idea when scores were released, and it's nice to at least know that it's not worth even thinking about until a certain date. Also nice to see that other people are getting their scores, and that ours (NASBA states) are obviously on the way. MATTHEWHOLDEN20, I hope your day gets better, and your attitude improves.

MATTHEWHOLDEN20, take it easy, everyone here is waiting and Jeff is the only hope we have for the time being. what happens with NASBA is out of everyone hands. also Jeff doesn’t have a weather satellite, so his predictions are based on the release pattern. I know you are frustrated because I am as well. The weekend is screwed any way so just keep your fingers crossed and trust all will be ok.

CPA Wannabe – I hate to tell you this, but reportedly there is no curve on the exam, and BEC has no pychosmetric analysis as well, as its straight M/C. That's probably main reason why BEC is always the first to be released.

This is not Jeff's fault. The whole system really is bad and we as CPA candidates deserve better. There is no reason (in my mind at least:) that NASBA cannot commit to a score release date, define clearly what dates are in Wave 1 and Wave 2, and then meet the deadline. I took BEC in early January and now 1.5 months later have to go through this. This process is downright horrible!

On another note, I work at a large corporation in Nashville and the unaccountable culture is everywhere at my company. I am used to accountability and people doing what they say they will do but it is tough to find at my job at least. If you can't meet your deadline, then you just do it when you can….or, just make sure you don't have deadlines in the first place. It seems that is exactly the way NASBA operates. No deadlines, no commitments, you will just get your score when you get it.

For all the money I have paid to take these tests over and over, I expect better. This is bad!

I agree. MATTHEWHOLDEN20- If Jeff didn't give us any information you certainly wouldn't know as much as you know. Just keep you mouth closed and stop getting everyone upset. There are too many people here who are concerned with what happened with the grades then to hear your whining.

Agree with ‘CPA Wannabe'. A lot of people do not understand how difficult these tests are and how stressful it is to wait for the scores. Here at least people know how I feel and I they can relate to me and I can relate to them.

Outside this forum everyone keeps telling me “You will be fine” but they never took the test so they can say that 🙁

First off.. MATTHEWHOLDEN20, you should learn the difference between “know” and “now” because they are not the same word. I'm not sure your comments are helping anyone. I think you are the one wasting your time on this site, because you obviously don't understand the purpose. Jeff is not a weather man, he simply passes on any information he finds out, whether for the better or the worse.

CPAWannabe- I also have a very difficult time studying while I'm waiting for a score. I haven't studied in 5 days and I'm taking AUD next week. I think I am going to step back and take a full practice exam while I wait for the possible 1pm release.

WOW ! A lot of you guys are saying that you are studying for the next part of CPA. I was just wondering if you guys are working overtime and how much you are working during week. Tax season started for me and I wish I could study but there is no time. How are you doing this?
