This has happened since I've been following on here since last August: techincal issues. The AICPA and NASBA have trouble “communicatiing” the results with each other. They always claim to “fix” the problem. HA!

No way someone received their score in PA which a NASBA state and the rest of us haven't. Scores are release in batches as we all may know.

I believe his original prediction page says NASBA posts between 9 & 11. my reg score from last window was up first thing in the morning. It is also still showing & I thought they only show one window at a time…

The batch, when successful, runs at 8pm Eastern and cranks out scores an hour later.

It is possible that they can manually run it late morning and have it out by 1pm, as was the case last window…the evening batch failed…NASBA e-mailed me and said “hey, we're doing a manual run this morning…tell your people…”

    BAM. 1pm release.

We'll see if that can happen tomorrow.

I can tell you definitively that it won't come out tonight from here on out…go do something fun.

I don't quite understand these system “glitches” Do they not have a test environment that simulates these releases in order to test the process? Most days of the year are non-release days so why were “system upgrades” performed during a release week? If we didn't perform our jobs, and just blamed the “batch” … how well would that go over? Doesn't it make sense for someone to be there to see whether the batch succeeded or failed (and kick it off again if it failed???) I think I would have done better to not have heard about the release predictions…false hope.

“I think I would have done better to not have heard about the release predictions…false hope.”

…and this is why I've entertained the notion of not passing this stuff on.

I figured that either way, you would be checking NASBA tonight…glued to your computer. I remember it well.

NASBA is terrible, I have been saying this for years. Make sure everyone comments on this crap at the end of their next test.

I think the service you provide is a good one so I didn't intend to make your efforts seem wasted. I just think personally, for me, knowing about a prediction has caused me more turmoil that my former method of checking once before work and once after work. Without any expectations, I always just assumed it was coming the next day.

The same can be said about a weather forecast !!!,e.g Jeff would be the weather Guy on TV. :).
