Isn't checking nasba useless at this point? I'm in a non nasba state and figure I'll probably even have to wait a day after the aicpa releases scores.

NASBA tweeted this morning: “Several have asked us abt March dates (Prometric) for #CPAExam (due to weather). This should not impact the release of wave 2 scores.” No reference to wave 1, so I am not holding my breath for scores — but still keeping my fingers crossed.

s_montgomery – I'm in a non-NASBA state too. I still want to know when NASBA receives scores b/c that means my state board has rec'd them too. Then its usually less than 24 hours (I believe) until my state board releases them to me. 🙂

Just spoke with NASBA, the “score page” is not loading because they are undergoing system upgrades. No scores have yet been received from the AICPA for the wave1 testing window. Scores will be received by “the end of the month.” A calculated response, but at least he didn't say, “stop calling us, we don't have any information yet.” 🙂

My hopes of seeing AUD before sitting for BEC on Monday are quickly fading away.

atrus- I'm with you on being resigned to waiting for Monday. It just makes me wonder, if those of us in public accounting waited this long to get information to clients, would we still be in business????

almost_there – that was my complaint about the Monday holiday….

I don't know of a single public firm that had that day off. As far as I know (I suppose I should know for certain since I want to be a CPA!) the AICPA and NASBA technically aren't government agencies…it just seems wrong they were off 😉

Oh well – it's like college. The administration there can jerk you around and you just have to deal with it. At least it's (hopefully) almost over, eh?

ha ha…well, I've had AUD as my last test twice now and have thought I was done only to be extremely disappointed. I just want to know if I have to break out the books again.

Just got some news…

1. AICPA BEC release expected today by NASBA

2. NASBA BEC release expected tomorrow night

3. System upgrade “should” not affect score release
