jobe checking the score isn't the unethical piece…it's the whole going to a different state's website and trying to re-register for the section and see what message it gives you (either it lets you register or says you can't indicating you passed that section)

i don't think it's unethical. just trying to show you the other side

Unfortunately no, I will be retaking in April. Very disappointing, this was my last section and I thought I had it. Guess I'll hit the books hard after busy season!! Uggg……

Has anyone ever read the state board ethics reports on people who were disciplined for being unethical?

If you did you would not be worried about a score checking “loophole”. I am talking about CPA's in prison for

years for cheating scandals and board puts them on probation or suspends license for a year.

i am using that CPA exam result watch thing i bought to find out about REG cuz the NASBA site was having problems but i don't know how to do the e-mail configuration thing! it checks the NASBA site by actually going to it lol. i dunno. anyway no scores in MA yet
