My exam in 5 days, should I focus on practicing MCQs or mastering the concept? I heard COSO and IT are heavily tested.

Thnx andrea! Good luck on BEC, Ive been getting in the low 70s because i didn't fully comprehend variance analysis. It was keep coming up as a sim and i was definitely ready this time

The free resources from the COSO website are very helpful. I wouldn’t spend all of your final review time on these but spend some of it… this poster will help with framework (you might have to copy and paste URL)

Review the IT vocabulary.

And do MCQs until go time. Practice writing – paragraph structure, strong keywords.

Surprisingly I didn't have much IT (as many other forum posts suggest), but I had quite a bit of COSO. I honestly felt like COSO was 50% of the multiple choice questions. I was actually hoping for more IT since I have audit and a little bit of IT background. I guess this is a prime example of you really never know what questions you will get with your testlet. As others mentioned, variance analysis came up quite a few times as well.
