I use Becker and Wiley for study text. but I feel I need more study materials to study on corporate governance, SOX, and COSO. Please let me know if you know any other texts that covers enough information about them. Thank you!

I think if you do the Wiley questions and understand the answers and why the wrong answers are wrong you'll be fine for that part of the exam.

That stuff is pretty annoying since it seems like information regurgitation. Just work through the problems and understand as much as you can. Honestly, here you'll end up doing a fair bit of memorizing since a good bit of it does seem arbitrary. If you really want to burn some cash feel free to invest in Wiley test banks or even another review course, but it's probably going to be minimally helpful. It really just depends on if you can get through the stuff. What makes it tough is how boring it is. Good luck.

Thank you for replies, SwanCPA & See Pee A. I will try to study over with these materials (with TestBank). I still have a feeling that SOX part is not indicated enough on BEC – Becker & Wiley…I think I may need to open AUD book from a year ago to …Thank you, again!

For the Yaeger review they do mention to review the audit book. Mod 3 and Mod 8. I will be honest. I haven't touched it yet. I just want to master what's in the BEC book first! I guess I'm banking on remembering Audit from when I took it in February….I know it's a long shot.
