I searched for some AICPA released questions, and came across some old ones (as in, 2007). There are a bunch from the Becker 2012 MCQs, but what are all these old questions on partnerships? I just finished up B4 and haven’t seen a thing about partnerships or anything on torts, either (another one of the released questions)…is that stuff still covered in BEC? Because if so, I better find some supporting material… I know the questions are old, but like I said, the others are ones I saw in my homework!
