Haven’t received my score yet and I am just wondering if anyone has passed BEC with a “weaker” WC performance. I took my exam 11/30 and left the exam with the same feeling I had with the first three “I did well on MC”, BUT unlike the other 3 exams I know I did bad on this simulation (WC). I was completely negligent with time management and I ran out of time after I got only two sentences down on the first WC. I know this WC is only 15%, so it is “possible,” but it seems the chances are slim. Any experiences related to mine, and still passed, you could share would be most helpful?

On the bright side I should be on the first wave of scores as there is no WC to regrade!

Yup. I had a “weaker” WC in BEC and passed w/ an 85. I had “stronger” in all MC sections except one, which was “comparable”.

Yes, it is definitely possible to pass BEC with “weaker” WCs. I got “stronger” on all MCQ sections, but “weaker” on WCs. I passed with an 80.

When I finished the exam, I had a very good feeling about the MCQs, but I didn't leave enough time for the WCs. I only completed the 1st WC and still passed. You can too!

hello all,

i need your advice on passing BEC cpa exam. this is my last cpa exam and have taken it 4 times and failed it.

what material/software did you used to help you prepare in passing BEC cpa exam? i am using BECKER and find this is very weak in preparing me for this section of the cpa exam.

How do you know whether you performed weaker or stronger on the different sections of the tests. My score notification says you only get this info if you failed. Otherwise all you receive is a score. Just curious.

Im just curious how people can say they knew they were stronger or comparable in the sims or MCQ. You only get the passing score and not the evaluation like you do when you fail so how would you know how to did on each teslet.

I do not know about other states but TX gives us performance report either way you pass or fail. You get it when you get your score.
