I have lost hope in completing the BEC calculations towards the end of the Becker material. I have been distracted with new job, family problems back home, etc — My test is coming up and I just need advice on what areas I really need to focus my energy on — some people said that the calculations that Becker have on their program is too detailed. I just want to allocate my remaining 2 weeks of review by focusing on the BIG parts. Any advice on which ones? Like FAR i focused on Govt Accounting, like REG I focused on bases, like AUD I focused on internal controls… How about with BEC??

I would really appreciate your help.

I would study the turnover ratios, gross margin ratios, etc and know how to back your way into any of the formulas. Other than that I would go over the corporate governance and IT too. I wouldn't worry about studying for the writing portion of it. As long as you are a decent writer and can BS your way through it, you should be ok. I thought this exam was tougher than Audit and I was quite surprised I passed it.
