    I'm 8/29/12 and definitely panicking 🙂 Sick day today so hopefully I can get in some studying. It seems like the consensus here is to focus on COSO, ERM & IT but it's so hard to focus on those when I think of how many freaking formulas there are to remember!!!!

    What is everyone doing to cram? Good Luck!!!!

    My brain is rejecting complex mcq in becker! i seriously love numbers but this bec is so dry & Boring.

    i agree…..i have been trying to keep up with doing mcq's over and over..but then i feel like i should be reading the it, coso, and erm sections over and over…and then when i do that i feel like im wasting time that should be spent doing mcq's..lol

    im taking a sick day thursday to read notes all day………please god, i deserve this one!

    AH!!! I know I should be doing MCs but look at me…. I'm on this darn thing looking at how panicked everyone is before taking BEC….I have no idea now, if I should focus on the mentioned above subjects or if I should continue to tackle MCs… I know I have at least done 750 MCs 4 times each….I know them inside and out….(other than a couple of weighted average inventory valuation, cost accounting crap)

    BTW…. if I am taking it on the 31st @ 6 p.m will we be receiving our score on the 7th/10th? What should be the focus from now util Friday?????? any advice would be helpful.

    mazel-tov……….. i think im going to read through formulas, then read sections in textbooks and notes regarding it and coso, and then do mcq's…..im going to do that every day over the next 3 days….spend an hour or 2 reading…then an hour or 2 doing mcq's again…

    and i feel y ou on the mcq's….my study program has i believe about 1200 mcq's…i have done about 7800!!! so i guess ive done them on average about 7 times each..lol. and i still dont feel confident since i know the questions will look different and confuse me on the exam

    ihatestudying… I feel like this exam may be the hardest for me yet. I have heard people say this before but in my case I definitely feel that studying for FAR was way more structured than BEC. Who knows, I hope that all of this repetition on MCs get me that much needed 75. that's all I am praying for.

    anyway, have you found out if we will receive our score on the 7th/10th or when exactly the score should be released since we take it on the 31st???

    i took reg on may 31st…and i received that score with everyone else the week after…..so im assuming we SHOULD get our BEC score on the7th-10th along with everyone else..hopefully.

    just hope they are nice fat 75's for us….then i can move on to FAR which i know is going to be brutal for me

    I'll join the party. I still have one last section in Chapter 5 of Becker to do today, but I think I might just wing it and look it over right before I go into the test tomorrow. What could possibly go wrong?

    P.S. Any BEC vets got a tip or two for the written communication part of the test?

    i wish i could give you detail but cant……pretty much what everyone else has said…

    any memos may be on small topics that are covered in one paragraph in study materials … unfortunately my topics i wasnt familar with so i had to write a little fiction..haha
