I am starting to study for BEC today. My Becker software expires on 11-24 so I have 15 days of access. I plan to copy the notes from the ebook into my hard copy, read the chapter, then answer the MCQ. Once I’ve made it through all 6 chapters I’ll take a Becker progress test. At this point my software will expire and I’ll switch to Ninja MCQ. My question is if I should schedule my ex schedule my exam by December 10th or spend December studying and take the exam the beginning of January. I’ve found that I zone out after 3 hours of studying and would rather not waste my time being unproductive. So I will be studying 3 hours a day. Should I schedule for December or January?

Why not both? Study as much as you can and try take it on early December, then if on Dec 22 you realized that you didnt pass, then study to possibly take it on Early January, Late January or early February depending on the score you received on December.

I passed BEC on the first attempt with only 13 days of hardcore review (6-10 hours per day used Rogers for video and ninja mcq). And honestly I would say it's the easiest out of the 4 exam until the change takes effect. Only thing I would say is really understand the concepts that are being taught, I only feared the essay questions, multiple choice was a breeze. I thought they were intentionally easy.

I started to study for BEC the end of October and will be taking a vacation a week before exam on Dec 10th so I have about a month to study. I put in 6 hours a day ever day so even though it's one month of study, a lot of hours have been devoted. For those who could do it in two weeks, I give them credit bc it's definitely not enough time for me. BEC is a lot easier than FAR for me but folks fail bc they underestimated the exam. I think I'm 75% ready. Need one more week to feel confident.

I did it in 5 weeks working 40 hours a week. I skipped videos and just hammered MCQ's and read the book only on areas I struggled. I scored a 76.

I recently purchased the Ninja notes and audio. I'm in the process of copying the notes. Since the audio for BEC is only 2 hours long I had planned to listen to the audio at least once or twice a day while I work. I believe I've copied all the notes into my Becker book but will quickly click through the ebook to double check I didn't miss a page before my license expires next week. Other than that it's non-stop MCQ during my study time until my exam on 12-2. I'll report back on if I was successful or if I'll be studying for a retake.
