For the BEC Communication, for those of you who have passed or taken the exam, did you use a saluation (such as Dear. Mr. Smith), in your memos?
The Wiley Book examples have no salutation… but when I look for examples of standard business memos, they have salutations.
I am really confused. Did you guys use a salutation to open the letter? Did you end the letter by saying “Thank you, <insert your name here>, or did you just write your 3-4 paragraphs, with no greeting?
