Hey all,
I took BEC exam yesterday and the SIMS WERE VERY LONG !!

my MCQs testlet 1 was fair (medium to difficult) I marked 6-7 MCQs and the second testlet was almost the same, but the third testlet I faced two sims which was very long I answered one of them the second need at least 2 hours to solve !!. then after break the fourth testlet was medium I feel I answered them well but I have to answer randomly like four blanks from 12 due to time, then I left for writing one hour which was good, I faced two hard topics and one medium I think I wrote good on two of them..
btw this is my second attempt as my first attempt I fail with 70!…. so any of your experience was same and passed, I am really worried ….

Hey CPAAAAAA!

Did you find the MCQ to be calc heavy? Was the AICPA practice exam useful/helpful for the SIMS?

Not sure if you've taken any other sections, but I thought they were at worst no longer than other sections.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do the SIMS on the practice test. The practice MCQs are a bit too easy, but the SIMS on all 4 parts are good prep

A little bit like calc, but the exam was heavily focused on COSO and IT, all these types of questions are analysis, memorization and scenarios.

Yes I passed the three parts and BEC is my last one, but I have never seen a long of sims before,,,.
