Hello all,
I’ve been using this forum for a year and a half now throughout my CPA journey. As I greatly appreciate all of the support and feedback all of you have brought me, I really do not want to log on to this forum again night after night trying to get a read on how these exams operate.
On June 22nd, I took BEC for the first time. I knew the Becker book inside and out, my usual preparation for these exams. I also drilled 500 multiple choice during my 5 day review period while reading the book as well. So here is how my test experience went:1st Teslet: Didn’t seem bad I flagged like 3 or 4 that I thought could go either way
2nd Teslet: I flagged like maybe 12 out of the 31 in that teslet and I wasn’t happy about it at all. If I don’t make the 75 on this attempt I’ll probably just get Ninja and hammer IT.
3rd Teslet: One simulation didn’t count I know for a fact because it was so bizarre that if the AICPA counted it I would lose faith in America. The second simulation was tough but fair I hopefully picked up some points but might not have picked up any not really sure.
4th Teslet: One sim I got completely right. Second sim wasn’t bad I think I picked up some points for sure
5th Teslet: Writing was fine I finished thankfully.
Let me know what you guys think and my odds, even though no one really knows what is truly going to happen. Thanks.
