Does anyone know if you need to “sign” the written communication. I just watched the becker lecture on it and timmy g does not say we have to sign the email. Thanks for the info.

I am also taking BEC tomorrow and would love to hear some other peoples feedback on the exam.

@TTTZZZ, do you have the 2013 Becker book? On page Intro-17 it shows an example of the layout of this section on the exam and for signature it says [Signature(cannot be edited)] so I am thinking it is already put in there for us.

@UCMCPA – 9am for me! I usually do the afternoon slots, but I changed my original date and that was the only time left – do you like taking them in the morning?

Also, how amazing does it feel to know that tonight is probably the last night you'll spend studying for the CPA? 🙂 I am so jealous!

I've taken all of mine at 8 am. I like to go to bed around 9 or 10 the night before, wake up at 5, skim over some ratios, calculations, and my 2 weakest sections. I then eat, relax, and head out to the testing center at 7:30; thankfully I've been able to start most of mine 15 minutes early!

I took 3 hours for FAR, 2 for AUD, and 2 for REG. I usually test fairly fast and go with the mentality of “you either know it or you don't”, which in all honest probably cheats me out of a few points if I would ponder on some questions.

I can't wait to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING tomorrow night.

How are you scoring on the becker MCQ? I sort of bombed the becker practice tests (60's) but am getting mid/high 70's on the progress tests and the HW so I have no idea where I stand at this point

I am not sure what their ‘salutation' that we cant edit, maybe just the part that says “Dear.” … not sure though.

Because there is no simulation, besides the writing, I haven't done a practice exam, but have done multiple final progress tests. I do them with all topics and then isolate the ones I do poorly on. So for example, I know the biggest section is financial management, so in the progress test I chose only financial management and did a couple of them with 30 MCQs each.

When I do it with every chapter included, I average high 60s, low 70s. I know I am not well prepared for this section because of work and personal reasons I wasn't able to follow my study plan and fell way behind. I decided to get the NINJA Blitz and watched all those videos once I realized I did not have enough time to finish Becker videos and homework MCQs.

Really just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!
