Participant@RE2PECT 2 oh wow thats the first thing that I have heard that actually makes me feel better THANK YOU for saying that…yeah I think I did fairly okay on the WCs– I am a decent writer but man even those topics SUCKED and 2 were on the same topic that covered 33% of the entire exam…
and they ask me why I drink...
FAR- 61-next time I'll ask for lube instead of a calculator
REG-75- Never been so happy to see such a low grade
BEC- 8/11

ParticipantI think if I fail again, it's going to be because of the WC's. I swear I'm cursed when it comes to them and keep getting random topics that are barely covered in the material. At least I answered them all this time, but didn't feel good about any of them lol.
FAR: 75 Roger & Ninja (notes/flashcards/audio/MCQ)
AUD: 73, 81
BEC: 71, retake 8/29

Participant@re2pect and @mckan514w If you guys get a topic in the written communication you don't know much on, how do you approach that? I have read the the grading looks for grammar and key words. Is there still a way to get points if you don't know what to say, i.e. don't have many key words on the topic?

Participant@Farisfun the odds are that you will know at least SOMETHING about the topics given…

ParticipantHey guys, this is my first post ever on this site! I just took BEC today. I took it on September 2nd and failed with a 74! I was really bummed out because I felt pretty confident last time. The testlets didn't seem extremely difficult, and I believe I got a medium-hard-medium test. Today I felt like the test kicked my butt. The first testlet was dramatically more difficult than the first testlet of the last exam. I know it's based on perception but I could definitely tell the questions didn't seem as straightforward as the others. I immediately panicked when I didnt know the answers to many of the questions, but the second testlet was just as difficult if not more so! The third testlet was a lot easier.. more like what I experienced with my first exam. I was confident last time and failed and this time I'm 90% sure I failed so I guess we will see how it turns out on score release day..

ParticipantRC0914- mine was a COMPLETELY different test from first go round. Different content, different percentages of content area tested, different calculations… in fact had I not known before hand that both my NTS's read BEC I would not have believed that they were the same exam / same subject matter… GOOD LUCK.

ParticipantMy test seemed fair, but I know I got straight robbed on a few questions due to incomplete info. On the other hand I know for sure that I nailed a few of the calcs. BS'd the WC as usual (Im a decent BSer). Lots of head scratchers on the conceptual topics. I have no opinion on how I performed, we will see on score release. Time to restart Reg.
AUD - 1st - 60 (12/12), 61 (2/13), 61 (8/13), 78! (11/15)
REG - 55 (2/16) 69 (5/16) Retake(8/16)
BEC - 71(5/16) Retake (9/16)
FAR - (8/16)October 15, 2016 at 12:51 pm #1272963FARISFUN
Participant@mtaylo24 that is how I felt with my exam yesterday. I felt like for the majority of it it seemed fair. A few questions were very vague or didn't supply enough information. Only a few questions where I had no clue what they were talking about as it wasn't provided in my study material. I would say I noticed the second testlet getting harder as there was a lot more detailed questions and harder calculations but then the third testlet was easy like the first one again.

ParticipantThe WC weren't bad at all and was able to get through and proof before my time expired. The MCQ were insane! Testlet 3 was the craziest I wanted to go to the bathroom and cry!
