i hate to put it so bluntly but i believe i got cheated as it relates to the sims. Their ads say 34 simulations and since having the 2011 testbank i have not seen 34 different sims

Im currently using Wiley to study for FAR…did anyone use wiley to study for the sims that took FAR in 2011? Do you think that helped with the actual test?

I took FAR in 2011 and used Wiley exclusively for that part. I never practice the SIMs whenever I'm sitting a part because I'm always pressed for time, but I recommend doing them for practice if you have ample time. If you're pressed for studying time, I would totally ignore the SIMs and just focus on the regular questions because, at the end of the day, the SIMS and MC are drawn from the same outline.

I've taken FAR and AUD and used the Wiley test bank for both including the sims. My main gripe about them is that they gave an incorrect answer when I wasn't wrong; my answer just had a different form e.g. I didn't answer w/ 2 decimal points when it was a dollar answer or put the factors in a spreadsheet problem in a different order than the data bank had them. I actually found the exam easier in some respects because all the answers were from a pull down menu. I had to know what the right answer was, but I didn't have to worry that I'd get it wrong if I didn't write my answer as X dollars and .00 cents.

    FAR 4/1/11 - 89
    AUD 4/15/11 - 85
    REG 4/29/11 - 80
    BEC 5/13/11 - 85

I took the Wiley FAR Sims and I took the FAR exam in the beginning of this month. The Sims on the actual exam are A LOT harder and lengthier than the Sims on the Wiley bank. The ones in the Wiley software are too short and too easy.
