Also, it would be nice if there was a way to review the entire session of a test that was done. Currently if I do a simulated test I can only review the questions I answered incorrectly or ones that I flagged during the session. A practice session can be reviewed in it's entirety but I haven't been able to figure out a way to do it for pop quizzes or simulated tests.

I agree! I wish you could review an entire practice test. It would be nice to see the questions you got right and to make sure that you got them right for the correct reasons.

Does anyone know how to change your password with the WIley Online Test bank?? I can't find an option any where. I tried searching their help bar as well. Any ideas?

are you looking in to the 2012 or 2011 test bank? If you can, look in the 2011 test bank, as the passwords work for both. Otherwise, do you have the original email that they sent you when converting over to 2012?

i just checked. if you are on the main 2012 log in page, there is a “forgot password” very small under the sign in button.

Yeah I tried doing “forget password” (2011 version) they send you your old password, and don't tell you to change it to anything new!

WILEY ONLINE TEST BANK 2011 VS. 2012 PASSWORDS

The 2011 and 2012 are two different platforms. We ported over user credentials one time on about January 25, 2012. After that date any change to an 2011 password would only be active on the 2011 platform. Any change to the a 2012 password would only be acticve on the 2012 platform. On 2012 you can use Forgot Password link under the Sign In area on the main page as @Journey to Fate noted or the change password feature in My Account.

What should we do if we think we see an error in a question in the book? I know Yaeger points out a lot of them, but I came across one in the 2012 Audit book that someone else said they had seen in the 2010 book.

I have called customer service a few times, and each time the person that answers acts like they don't even know what the CPA exam is. I'm guessing you all publish much more than just CPA review materials, but it would be helpful to speak to someone who is somewhat knowledgable.
