I failed AUD last window with a 70 and took a good two month break from studying. I started studying again at the beginning of Oct. and I went through the mcqs and was still hitting 75%+ using the 2014 Wiley CPAexcel textbook. I decided to do an entire read through, which I’m almost done with, and also just bought Ninja mcqs to supplement my studying. Here’s my dilemma, I’m starting a new job Nov. 10 and I’d like get this done asap. I know the better idea would be to take it when I’m ready possibly as late in the window as possible, but I think 3-4 weeks is enough time to drill a bunch of these mcqs. What should I go with, give myself as much time as possible and take it at the end of the window when I’m working, or try to grind as hard as possible the next few weeks and take it early Nov.?

I think you are on the right track. I am also attempting AUD the second time around. I would stick with the November exam day if you are getting the hang of the material. Starting your new job might distract you from studying. But of course you know your study habits the best! I think you can knock this exam out! Good luck!

Turns out I should probably check what's available before I ask for advice haha. The only dates open are Nov. 2, 13, 22, and 30. I'll just grad the 22nd because it coincides with my days off and taking a day off two days (the 13th) in isn't a good way to start a job. The 2nd is too soon.

Anyways, thanks for the input. Good luck on your exam as well!

Then take it on November 30. It's on a Sunday so you won't have to take time off. Based on your situation, the other dates listed sound seem very inconvenient.
