I only ask because it pops up so often in MCQ yet Becker doesn’t even bother to include it in the glossary as far as I can tell.

Understand that PCOAB and AICPA reports are different. I would memorize the “unmodified” report from AICPA more, which is what I provided. I think you can google the PCOAB one. Note the differences when there are different opinions though, because the structure changes. There's also the actual standards page from AL.
