Hi all,

I was just wondering what you guys Think about using Becker 2011 (published late 2010) material for audit exam which I’m sitting for in January 2013. I def wouldnt do it for FAR, do you think the AuD exam has changed enough to buy new materials?

For Wiley, I did get the 2012 book for REG when I took it this year. But for all of the other exams, I used 2011 materials. I'm thinking that you will be fine with 2011 but have never used Becker before

FAR - Pass
REG - Pass
AUD - Pass

I know there were major differences introduced in 2011, inch as material regarding the international auditing standards (international confederation of accountants, etc) but in trying to find out if major differences have been introduced since then.

I used Becker 2011 for my AUD test in 2012. If there are no major changes from 2012 to 2013 for AUD I think you should be fine.

July 2013 they start testing clarity standards. Sit before that window and your materials will be adequate.
