What’s the difference between the two? I thought going concern was part of uncertainty, until in Becker they divide the two. For uncertainties, there can be unmodified opinion with no emphasis of a matter paragraph, but in going concerns, there must include an emphasis of a matter paragraph. That’s the only difference I see so far.
Can anyone explain?
