I took Audit yesterday. When I got to the simulations part, two of the simulations were research questions. Has anyone had two research questions and passed? I thought I had read on a prior thread that if you get 2, your chances of passing are low, but I could not find that thread.

Ok I know this topic has come up on these boards but I'm trying to see if there is any more info on the subject. Do we still not know for sure if each TBS is weighted equally? An easy research worth the same 6.66% as a grueling one with 20 qs? Doesn't seem right.

Also worried because I had 2 research qs on my exam and am shocked I can't say for certain I got either correct and its not for certain one of them is a pretest so that's potentially 13% off my score on what's supposed to be easy points.

I always assumed that if you got two research sims then one was a pretest. Doesn't seem right that some people would get two and others wouldn't. It would be like some people getting an extra MCQ and one less sim or vice versa, right?

I had two and passed with an 80. That was for REG though, not AUD.

I had two research sims when I took Audit… ended up with a 74… bummer

FAR & AUD I got one and passed. I had 2 research in REG and passed as well. I'm pretty sure I got both of them correct. Gradable or not, I passed anyway. There were also other people who only got one but failed so, 2 research questions does not mean you failed.

@OP

Aren't the SIMS already determined regardless of how well you do on the MC? If so, I fail to see the correlation between the amount of research questions and scores.
