Do I need to know word for word an unqualified opinion audit report or just know the key words/general idea?

I didn't memorize I was fine. You have to know the differences between the reports though.

Know the different reports and what cause them, and also how you would modify your report based on different circumstances. Is the additional paragraph before or after the opinion paragraph, GAAS vs GAAP problems, etc.

The more multiple choice questions you do, the better you'll be at identifying certain wording that is specific of the each report. Don't waste your time memorizing them. I have heard of people re-writing the entire reports multiple times in order to memorize them – waste of time in my opinion.
