    Hello All,

Has anyone found that taking FAR before AUD helps with passing AUD?

I am taking AUD on Friday for the second time. I feel OK about it, but there are some questions where it would help to have taken FAR first, particularly on Audit Evidence.

I have already signed up for FAR in mid-January. If I don’t pass AUD this time around, I might just take FAR and then AUD afterwards in April. I have until June, 2017 to pass all four parts without having to repeat my first section.

Yes, taking FAR before AUD will help you a lot, especially simulations. I was asked to do adjusting journal entries in an AUD simulation based on the audited balance.

It will help to take FAR first. Especially as it relates to the SIMS.

    AUD - 96
    BEC - 88
    FAR - 88
    REG - TBS

FAR definitely helped with learning some of the financial concepts relating to auditing.

FAR- taken 8/11/16....now the wait begins
    AUD- scheduled 9/8/16
    BEC- scheduled 10/9/16
    REG-scheduled 12/10/16

Yes. It will help with the adjusting journal entry sims.
