So I just finished my first Becker final exam for AUD.

I got:

MC Testlet 1 – 86

MC Testlet 2 – 90

MC Testlet 3 – 86

And the simulations ranged from 70 – 100 in scores.

I have a couple of questions, actually. First–does this equate to a good outlook for my exam?

Second (and more importantly at the moment)–does Becker have new questions in their final exams vs. the homework? I swear I have NEVER seen the majority of the MC I just did in that final exam, and I’ve gone through all of the homework twice along with many quizzes and progress tests.

Looking good Jimbo. Becker uses different questions in their simulated final exam. That's what makes it hard and a great review. Good luck Saturday, looks like you're in great shape!

Final exam 2 was significantly less kind 🙁

MC Testlet 1 – 66

MC Testlet 2 – 73

MC Teslet 3 – 80

Sims ranged from 70 – 89, with all but two falling within 80 – 89.

Don't really know WHAT to think now…but at least I have a couple more days to practice as much as I can manage.

Looking through the exam, I really would save myself a decent amount of points if I slowed down and read the question in detail.

Right now I'm getting through these exams in 1.5 hours total, so speed will not be an issue for me on exam day. I can afford to slow down and read carefully…can't believe the stupid mistakes I made. They always love to sneak the word “not” or “inappropriate” in there, using bold font at their random leisure.

You are fine. I was averaging about 75 – 80 on my Becker final exams for AUD and I scored a 92. I found that the final exams in Becker are great review, because as you said they are all new questions so it really tests your knowledge of the concepts and not your memory of previous questions. Also the MCQ in the Becker final exams seem to be even a little harder than the real thing, in my opinion. You are correct though, taking your time and reading everything thoroughly is key. But keep up the review these last couple days and you will kill it.

i got mid 60s – 70s on the becker final exams and got an 85 on the actual test. you will do great!

wow it sounds like BECKER final exam for AUD is really good. Is there anyway to get free MCQs from Becker? I cant afford Becker… kinda broke.

I found the second Audit final exam to be significantly harder than the first one as well. Based on the first exam I'd say you're in good shape (comparing to my scores on the final exams and my experience on the actual exam). Hope this can be a small comfort leading up to the exam — good luck!
