So I guess I'm taking Audit in January…

    I’ve heard on this forum that the Audit exam is changing in 2014…how so?

    Does this mean my Becker Audit 2 book and software is not going to be useful for self-studying?

    audit changed in July (I think). My Becker, purchased sometime in April 13, came with Audit A and B. B was for anyone taking the exam post Apr-May window. That is the only change in Audit that I'm aware of. are you referring to something different?

    I have no idea. I read people saying they wanted to take the AUD exam before changes in 2014. But I do not know what changes are to come.

    January 2014: Clarity Standards only on AUD Exam

    it looks like they are removing testable material but not adding any

    If you take the exam between July-December, you'll be tested on the old and new material. If you took the exam before July, you would've only been tested on the old material and if you take it after December, you'll only be tested on the new material.

    For anyone that has used Becker for Audit: Is it straight forward which stuff is the new stuff and which is the old stuff?

    I really do not want to purchase a new book.

    I studied NONE of the “old” stuff.

    For Becker they had AUD A and B, B is the “new” stuff and it's the only one I used. They added in some “A” stuff to the lectures but it was not very important or substantial.

    AUD - 94
    REG - 86
    BEC - 86
