    Does anyone know if you can get partial credit for answers on simulations? For example, if you know you didnt get the whole answer correct but you think you maybe have half or 75% of it correct, can you still get points or is it all or nothing?

    There's partial credit for the simluations. (But not for mcqs.)

    The passing rates would probably really drop if there weren't partial credit for sims 🙂

    Wait, I thought partial credit was given for mcqs. At least that was my interpretation from reading aicpa's grading thing they released.

    BEC: Passed
    AUD: Passed
    REG: Passed
    FAR: Passed

    @sacredtheory

    I quickly skimmed through that AICPA grading thing and didn't see where it said that mcqs are given partial credit – maybe I missed it. But I Googled it and came up with this link to CPA Excel CPA Exam Review Facebook page which was written at the end of December. At item 3 it says, “You can get partial credit for a simulation but you can’t for MCQs which are either completely right or completely wrong…”
