Should I study new SSARS No. 19, Compilation and Review Engagements?

Do you guys think this new material will hit this window? It looks like it’s got stronger regulation for evidence and independence even though compilation and review services.

I think SSARS no 19 would be testable in this window since it was issued in 2009 for audits effective Dec 15, 2010. But I haven't started studying for Audit yet, so I don't know if the new materials include these changes.
