@Zaiitz3..Once upon a time back in the old days (mid 90s) I took a class called World History. If I remember correctly the French were trying to take over Mexico, but they were defeated-that's Cinco de Mayo. During that time the French army was the most powerful and that's why this particular battle is famous.

September 15-16 is actually the Mexican Independence Day-when they became a free nation-that was against my buddy Hernan Cortes (my homie) lol…

@Zaiitz3 Yeah!!! How is FAR going for you? I feel like it is kicking my butt right now. I was completely overwhelmed when I first started it but it is getting better. I have it scheduled but still have a feeling I may push it back. Especially if I get bad news on AUD. But, with this test you never know. I didn't start feeling confident about AUD until the last week I was studying so I am expecting about the same for FAR.

@LittleMoe It's kicking my butt as well. Currently using Becker with the NINJA method (aka, put off the MCQ's questions until after I'm done with all the lectures). I thought of pushing the exam back as well, but I don't want an extra month to forget everything from April. What are you doing to study?

@CPATerminator Pish posh, your buddy deserves a shot as well. He would have been glad to join in the festivities on Saturday 😉

@Zaiitz3 I'm using ExamMatrix. Haven't heard of many people on here using it. For AUD I was able to pretty much jump into MCQs immediately. Won't really know how well that worked until scores come in!! For FAR, I have been focusing taking notes from the book (similar to the nail the lectures approach) for the first couple of weeks. I haven't done but a few MCQ. But it has been more than 10 years since some of my undergrad classes so I expected to need a lot of review. Hopefully by Saturday I will be cranking out MCQs like crazy up until test day. I also have Ninja Notes and read through several pages of them most days. Thinking about getting the audio but not really sure how much I will get out of it since it is easy for me to tune out noise. Maybe if it goes on sale…. *hint, hint Jeff* lol
