I failed AUD by 2points last time and hoping to take it again in the next window.

    Here’s what I’m doing:Using Becker

    1. Going through each lecture (sometimes I skip lectures and just read the book) and take notes (pretty much copy from the book, writing helps me

    2. Doing MCQs by each sections

    3. Doing supplementary MCQs and taking random quizzes

    4. Finishing SIMS.

5.Review note cards & my notes

    6. I will do this for all the 5 chapters

    For review:

    1. Go through each chapter and do all the MCQ & SIMS again.

    2. Write down what I miss and read that for review

    3. Do all the WILEY test bank MCQ and its SIMS

    4. AICPA released questions

    5. Becker final exams.

    6. Write down all the J/E from FAR book and review that before going in the test center.

Is that enough? Am I missing anything? Seriously, last time I felt comfortable coming out of the testing center…and felt MCQs were very very similar to Becker (is that common for AUD or did I just get lucky?) SIMS weren’t too bad, but FAR sims may have affected my score…

    So nervous….

    Hopeful,

Buy yourself a voice recorder and record ALL opinions, lists of things to memorize, formulas, mnemonics. You can really maximize your study time like this. Walking the dog, doing laundy, commuting to work, at work, etc. My first time with AUD I followed a study plan similar to what you have listed. My score the first time was a 62 and week before last learned I passed with a 78!! I also completed the Becker Final Review twice.

Hope this helps you. I feel like the voice recorder made the difference for me this time.

You followed a plan similar to mine and got 62? Should I change my plan? haha. I just bought Wiley test bank…I'm thinking whether AUD final review would be good as well? Tight on cash…so still thinking on that!!

    Congrats on passing!!!

Yes a 62 the first time around and 10 days after having my beloved Golden Retriever put down due to cancer.

Did you get 90% on all the Becker MCQ and still fail the exam?

When I passed AUD I planned out 100 hour of study time 20 hours / week over 5 weeks. I did all of the MCQ and then did all the practice sims. I only read the book I did not watch the lectures.
