Thinking about my AUD retake. How much faster is it studying for a re-take if the concepts are still fresh? Should I budget 50% of the time that I spent studying for the first attempt, for example? Thanks for the input, hoping to knock out FAR and an AUD retake next test window.

I haven't taken any retakes, but from reading the forums, I have gathered that you're not restudying for “x more points,” you're restudying for the whole 75 points. So while it might take you less time to master a concept because you've already seen and are familiar with it, it is possible that the questions you are tested on will be completely different than your first test! Study as if you've never seen the material would be my suggestion.

Yes I agree with Bird. Having had to retake AUD – that is what I had to do- Study it like it was the first time and this time made the concepts better understood.

Also you can changed the way you study, bring a fresh approach. It can make a big difference when you sit AUD again. Example the Ninja Audio's or writing your own notes etc.

    FAR 05/27/14; 786/110 - Done !
