Im confused on the difference between restate and reissue? (in comparative

reports).

This is a tricky one for me. I have to stop and think about it. From what I understand the reissue relates to a subsequent report to the original date of the report for which no additional work has been done. A restate would be implying that some review or examination had been performed.
