I’m not sure if this question has already been answered, but couldn’t find it.

Can I use the research tab to help answer the simulation questions other than the research tab? I mean, I know you can do it, but are you allowed?

Yes you are allowed. I used the research tab on my AUD exam to help me write the WC part of the simulation.

I knew this going into the exam. On my last exam, FAR, I attempted to do this. I just wanted to make sure my WC was correct and to see if I might be missing something. HOwever,when I used the research tab to search a topic, it would not supply detail. It's like they blocked topics that didn't have to do with the actual research question.

In my experience, it didn't work well. So I wouldn't rely on it as help in your WC. Anyone else experience this??

I used the research tab in my Reg. exam but I could not find the topic, however, I use the research tab in my Auditing exam and it works.

BEC 2/8/10 - 75 (studied hard & prayed less)
REG 5/15/10 - 88 (studied less but prayed hard)
AUDITING 8/9/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard)
FAR 11/30/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard) Thanks GOD! I'm DONE

My experience is similar. I tried to use the research tab but it didn't return any detail. So I didn't want to waste much more time with this.
