Reissue Report Without Restating

I have a dumb question for AUD but can’t seem to find an answer anywhere. Why would an auditor reissue a report without restating or revising it?

I am probably not very helpful, but maybe it's reissued with a different date for a set of FS? I can't remember off the top of my head….
